17. Pancake Rocks
These are crazy! You’ll see a lot of cool things here.

Pancake Rocks!
18. Fox Glacier Top Ten Holiday Park
Good campground. It was cold, so we used the hot tub! The hikes to the glacier were too long and the helicopter tours were expensive, so it was another Abel Tasman situation for us…saving it for our couples trip!
19. Roaring Billy Waterfall Hike
Okay, so it was pouring rain, so I didn’t hike all the way to the waterfall, BUT the rainforest views that you see at the very beginning of the hike was enough for me. Absolutely amazing! It was my first time being in a real rainforest and I’ll ever forget it!

The most beautiful and peaceful forest I’ve ever been in!
20. Thunder Creek Falls
It was still raining, but this was a short hike and well worth it!! The waterfall was tall and beautiful! Just look at the color of that water – I love it!

Thunder Creek Falls!
21. Wanaka Kiwi Holiday Park
Nothing special here. Nice campground in a town that sits next to a lake. Pretty, I guess.
22. Arrowtown
Really cute town with a historic feel. It sits on the bottom of a mountain, so when you’re driving down into it, it has a breathtaking view!
[/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

The cute little town of Arrowtown! (Look at the color of that tree!)
23. Queenstown
Really pretty town, but the parking is a nightmare!!! (Especially in an RV.) Be prepared to walk several blocks after parking. I did; however, come across these adorable mailboxes (that are real, but the way)! It was the highlight of my Queenstown experience.
[/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”]

The row of unique mailboxes!
24. Balclutha Motor Camp
Even though this campground is outdated, it was very charming and cozy. It held some permanent tenants that were very friendly and welcoming. There was a playground just a short walk away.
25. Nugget Point Lighthouse
A must-see! Not only do you have the amazing lighthouse, but the view is breathtaking! I think this was my husband’s favorite part of our New Zealand road trip. We even saw seals playing below on the rocks. It was really incredible!

My little guy on the path to Nugget Point Lighthouse!
26. Tunnel Beach
The hike was tougher than we thought (especially on the way back, so bring water!), but it was worth it! You can take some really incredible pictures here. Make sure you find the little stairway that takes you down to the beach.

One of the beautiful views on Tunnel Beach
27. Dunedin Train Station
The design in this building brought me back to an old movie. The tiles that cover the walls, floors, and stairs were unbelievable! It was worth the visit to walk through it real quick and snap some pictures.
28. Larnach Castle
Walking the gardens of the castle were our favorite part of this castle! Don’t get me wrong, there were really stunning rooms and features inside the castle, but the grounds were flawless! Really cool to see!

29. Moeraki Boulders Holiday Park
This was a great campground for us, but I think it’s because of the memories we made there. It wasn’t a very nice campground because it was pretty outdated and rundown, but there was a big group of teenage boys there that played soccer with my children until dusk. I’ll never forget it! We never actually went and saw the Moeraki Boulders – why? I have no clue. haha Saving it for next time, I suppose.
30. Christchurch Top Ten Holiday Park
This campground had a really nice playground. That’s ’bout it.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
